Instructions

- For the custard filling, heat milk and sugar in a saucepan. Whisk egg yolks with cornstarch separately then combine with heated milk before returning to heat until thickened.
- Once cupcakes cool, create holes in the center of each and fill generously with custard.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until steaming then pour over chocolate chips; stir until smooth and drizzle over filled cupcakes.
