- 300g fettuccine or tagliatelle
- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some cooking water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add beef strips seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the beef and drained pasta to the skillet; toss everything together until well coated. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
