Description

Spinach Artichoke Bites are creamy, cheesy delights packed with fresh spinach and savory artichokes. These bite-sized snacks are perfect for parties or casual gatherings, guaranteed to impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can marinated artichokes (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Phyllo dough cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, drained artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into phyllo dough cups and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
