Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Active dry yeast
- Granulated sugar
- Milk
- Unsalted butter
- Ground cinnamon
- Fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt; add melted butter and yeast mixture. Combine to form dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth (about 5 minutes). Let rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon for filling. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling over it, followed by scattering blueberries.
- Roll up tightly, slice into 1-inch pieces, place in a greased baking dish, and let rise again while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
