  • 8 oz fresh cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
