Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Fresh garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. In another bowl, mix crushed garlic with olive oil.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; dip in the garlicky oil before coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the baked chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
