Description

Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a deliciously crispy dish that combines the savory flavors of cheese with tender chicken, making it perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Dip each breast in beaten eggs until fully coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll each egg-coated chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly covered.
  5. Place breaded chicken on the baking sheet and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  6. Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
